pkko may at any time request documentation to verify the age and identity of an account holder. pkko reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

Registration Process

Password and Login Security

General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus applies only once to each new account.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been completed.

VIP Program

pkko offers three VIP tiers: the Bronze tier offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, the Silver tier offers up to 1.0% weekly cashback, and the Gold tier offers up to 1.5% weekly cashback. You can advance to a higher tier through continued active gaming.

All games available on pkko — slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and card games — are governed by the following general rules.

• Betting results displayed incorrectly due to a technical error will be considered void.
